I am wondering if my comprehensive car insurance in Wilmington, Delaware cover personal things stolen out of the automobile?

Typically comprehensive coverage does not cover personal things stolen out of your car. Comprehensive coverage is there to mainly cover the car, not the personal things within it. So if the vehicle was stolen then you could place a comprehensive claim for the value of the car, not usually for the personal things inside it.
